Our approach
HOLISTIC LEARNING SYSTEM (HLS) respects the privacy of site visitors, school representatives and especially children. This notice describes the public marketing website package, not separate school applications. Any school app requires its own product-specific notice before processing learner data.
Information you provide
The public enquiry form prepares a message locally and opens WhatsApp or the user's email program when selected. The site itself does not store or automatically transmit that form to an HLS database. If you choose to send a message through a third-party provider, that provider's privacy terms apply, and the HLS team may receive the message and use it to respond to your enquiry.
Technical information
A deployed hosting provider may process standard connection logs such as IP address and request information to serve and protect this website. The public sample lesson keeps progress only in the active page session. This website has no third-party advertising trackers. Optional service-worker caching may store public website assets on your device for speed and offline access.
Children's information
Do not submit children's names, exam results, account credentials or sensitive records through this public enquiry form. Secure learning accounts and school data require separate permissions, contractual terms, safeguarding and technical review.

Payment and billing data
When payment checkout is activated, HLS collects school and contact information, expected learner count, billing period, payment reference and transaction verification status. The external payment provider handles card and mobile money credentials. When online checkout is enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile security challenge verifies requests and may process technical browser and network signals for abuse prevention. HLS does not request or retain card numbers or PINs. Billing records require an approved retention policy and protected administration access before production activation.
