Can we pay with MTN MoMo, Telecel or AT Money?
The Paystack gateway supports Ghana mobile money, including MTN, Telecel and AT Money, when enabled on the merchant account. The checkout will display currently available methods.
Can a school pay with Visa or Mastercard?
Card payments can be available through hosted checkout. International cards require approval and activation by the merchant's payment provider.
Can we make a bank transfer?
Where enabled, select bank transfer at checkout. Alternatively, request an official school invoice and verified bank details from our team. Never send funds to unverified personal account details.
Does payment activate every HLS app immediately?
No. Institutional setup, release readiness, school identity and account permissions are reviewed before access is granted. A successful payment only confirms the financial transaction.
What if payment shows pending?
Keep the payment reference. Our result page can ask the server to recheck the provider. If uncertain, contact HLS before attempting another charge.
Are all countries supported?
HLS is preparing for international partnerships, but currency and payment-method availability vary by country and provider. Request a tailored quotation outside Ghana.
